This battery has been great for me using it with a cpap for camping. Lasts 3 days using with the humidifier. Also seems like it would be good for emergencies since after charging, it stayed at 100% 3 months later when I turned it on again.

Who knows if it will go lower with tariffs and stuff but I'd probably wait to see if it will go lower around Black Friday.

To power a tv for tailgating or large fridge I'd go with the 2000 version.

It should do fine. I've used my smaller power station (EB70) to tailgate a couple of times with a 32 inch tv. That has a 716wh battery with a 700w inverter. A LCD TV will pull between 50-150w. My 32 inch was only about 60w. We ran the tv and charged phones tablet for 4 hours and maybe used 40% of the battery. This bigger power station should have no trouble with basic tail gating. If you are using heavier loads or going for a full 8 hr day, look at the 2kWh models.

I tried using the Ego power brick where you can swap out batteries as needed, but it wasn't strong enough to power my corded electric lawn mower, weed trimmer, and leaf blower. I don't care about the weight being 25lbs. If I could have this on my back with a 3ft extension cord I could probably cut the 100ft extension cable making my yard duties less of a hassle while getting a better work out as well. People have suggested just getting the Ego equipment but reliability and flexibility go out of the window once in someone's eco system. Plus this can be used in a lot of different situations. Too bad I missed out at $350.
