You don't. And thats a good thing because no one wants whatever stuff they put in their filament to make it worse. Pro/plus/+/whatever the hell is a scam.

On brands like polymaker and Elegoo, there absolutely is a difference between their various PLA's. On some of the lower tier filaments, maybe it's a gimmick, but I can't attest to that because I stay away from using many of the cheaper brands after learning my lesson the hard way. I have/had a lot of both Polymaker and Elegoo so I can vouch for those two.

Not sure how you can say nobody wants it. Polymaker may be the top selling filament company on the planet and it's what many of the hardcore 3d printer enthusiasts stick to. I don't buy it much these days as it rarely goes on sale. I do still have about 15-20 rolls which I save for "special" prints lol.
