COMPLETELY depends on which mode you're using, and you don't run it all day, solid, just on demand. As much as 15 hours if you're in cool down mode. And I think it's designed as a mostly overnight device, with on-demand capabilities during the day (as in, hot flashes, etc).
Here are some times if you continuously run modes (which is not the main use), based on Embr Lab's testing:
- Cool Down: approx. 8-15 hours (500-900 minutes).
- Warm Up: approx. 3-4 hours (180-210 minutes). Varies based on personal settings.
- Hot Flash: approx. 3-5 hours (180-250 minutes). Varies based on personal settings.
- Fall Asleep Cooling: approx. 4-5 hours (280 minutes). Varies based on personal settings.
- Fall Asleep Warming: approx. 2-3 hours (175 minutes). Varies based on personal settings.
- Stay Asleep Cooling: approx. 9 hours (540 minutes). Varies based on personal settings.
