The new Tapo locks have the same functionality and are $30 cheaper.https://a.co/d/1ydOpzE
The Tapo DL100 you linked to is comparable to the Eufy C30, which is similarly priced on Amazon. (Both have Wi-fi, button keypads, keyed backup)
This deal item Eufy C220 is more similar to the Tapo DL110 which is currently $115 on Amazon. (Both have fingerprint reader, touchscreen keypad, scheduling access)
At this price point, Kwikset and Ultraloq also seem like decent options. (Yale and Schlage are often recommended, but tend to be more expensive)

Thanks for the deeper analysis! Missed those differences.
First timer with smart lock, do I replace my current bottom lockable handle with a dummy lever to pair with this smart deadbolt?
A locking door knob won't hurt anything when used with a smart lock; just keep it unlocked. Having it locked will defeat the point of being able to unlock the door with the app/fingerprint/keycode. Since the locking handle might accidentally get locked, I replaced mine. But don't replace the knob with a dummy lever.A dummy lever doesn't move (like when you have a french door side that doesn't open). You still want the knob to turn and latch - just not lock. Rather what you want is a "passage lever" like the one below.
