Is it better to get a charge controller and inverter in one? Can you also daisy chain a bunch of these batteries to extend the capacity?

And I just bought the 150ah battery charger combo.

Solar is becoming like computers in the 1990s, with things become super cheap every 6 months.

AIO units are getting cheaper and are super simple to DYI a portable solar generator/backup battery system

What to buy really depends on what your trying to accomplish.
12v inverters have their placed but if you need something 3500w+ you should really look into a 48v system. If you go 48v, 48v batteries are better than putting 4x 12v in series.

Go to YouTube and search for "DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse" He has a lot of videos that go into details.

Will Prowse is the man. Great for learning about solar and lifepo batteries.

Depends on your use case. One thing to be aware of when choosing is that hybrid units (Inverter + AC & DC solar charging) tend to have higher idle power drain on your battery than a standalone inverter.

And yes, these (and most other 12 or 24V LFP batteries) can be wired in series for 48V - agree with the other guy that 48V is the way to go if you're wanting to run a 2000W+ inverter.

Running 280ah prismatics or just regular cylindrical cells?
