I bought this couple of weeks ago for $6. Belt is not as good as the picture in terms of finish / sophistication. But it's all leather and hopefully holds up. Certainly good for casual dress but not suitable for formal/business wear.
Just got mine, its like a hard piece of plastic, No way is the full grain leather. it has no leathery cross section. This thing is going to crack and peel after a few uses. Back to Whole Foods you go, not even worth $7. I mean I should have known better but the description is a complete lie. I've owned a lot of belts and this has to be one of the worst quality I've seen. No way it would sell in a store, doesn't even have leather smell, just 100% fake

I'm surprised that it's real leather. If they can do that for this cheap then why can't they put real leather into their ratchet belts?
So I finally actually ordered these and they're thick!
I wear 32 jeans and got size 32 waist on these belt, in retrospect I would order 34 next time because I think the size represents the length of the belt, and not where the holes are.
Chaoren is only mentioned on the box, but the belt itself just has an engraving behind the belt saying "Italian Full Grain Leather" in titlecase.
I might have to replace this for bigger one but so far the quality is great compared to my aging Perry Ellis one. It's also thick!
It appears that promotion discount only applies to first order. Ordered 2 in one order. Now trying to order two more but discount doesn't apply even though the promotions page says valid until 8/31. Anyone else having issues with repeat order?

In no universe is this "full grain leather." The product description itself describes it as the "top layer" of the hide, which by definition is not full grain. It also has an "anti discoloration coating" which is a dead giveaway for thin and/or bonded garbage. Real full grain leather would never crack, split, or peel like shown in some of the customer photos. You're not going to find it for $7.50 unfortunately, but you're patient and do a little snooping you can probably snag one somewhere for $30 on sale and it will last (and look good) for the rest of your life.
I didnt see any discount in check out , I am missing something?
I figured out that you can only get one of each belt. Otherwise the price jumps up to normal on the multiple belts. You can get two different sizes of the same belt and it counts as $7.50 each.I got one black belt and one brown belt in two different sizes totaling four belts, totaling $30.
I got some full grain leather belts made in Poland off eBay for $15 about 15 years ago, and they're still holding up strong after daily wear. if it's really full grain leather it should last a lifetime with normal use.
Best advice, thank you! Just got myself a genuine buffalo leather belt off eBay, which looks head and shoulders above this one (which seems identical to countless others in that it is very light and feels more like pressed paper than leather).
If you appreciate true leather, I would be very cautious about this one. It's been an unfortunate trend, where most of those "genuine leather" belts are made with synthetic mix-ins and feel very rigid and plastic'y. I used to buy Timberland leather belts for many years and they always had top notch quality but even they are just as horrible these days.

Shoot me the link if you have a chance. I'll probably buy this one and compare both (and return this to Amazonnifnit sucks, or keep as a backup)

Really suspicious of the reviews. Aside from some broken buckles, almost all with pictures are positive with similar headlines and multiple pictures. Seems like a lot of fake reviews. I wish there was a site that would rate Amazon product reviews to weed out the imposters.
