Wrong, wrong and more wrong!! Best damn vacuum I ever bought in my existence so far. Hoover, eureka, bissell, devil, shark etc. cannot match the beast that this this is. Works like brand new after 9 years. Costco sold this for $399 back then.

This might be the wildest comment on Slickdeals I've ever read. This vacuum can cause hearing damage? And it weighs a ton? What in the world are you talking about??? It weighs 17.3lbs, which is about the same weight as several Shark vacuums. As for the decibel level, it's listed as 78-80, which is right around other vacuums (if not quieter).

While I looked up the weight and decibel level, I own this vacuum. The main criticism on people complaining of the carpet suction being too much and it causing difficulties to push it around the carpet (there's a switch to toggle between different carpet thicknesses). Best vacuum I've ever owned.

yeah idk about your sound complaint or weight complaint but for plug ins I'll take shark over Dyson.

I've been using this vacuum for a few years. Continues to work great with occasional maintenance (cleaning filters, etc). I love the pet hair attachment. We use it all the time to de-shed our dog. *edit* the model I have came with the pet attachment, don't think this one does

Great vacuum. Note like routers the Costco version may be slightly different and when I bought a couple of years ago I remember there being some complaints with suction not working well on Costco variants. ———That said this beats noise level of my old Dyson dc42 animal. Much quieter. Also does great with my large furry dog. The detangler in the brush vanes are terrific. Pet and stair attachments are great.

Drastically better than the allergy ball I bought back in like 2016. This is a beast and is MUCH more "sturdy" in design. Worth the money to me for a canister. As I've learned though there's various bagged ones that allegedly are the greatest of all time.
