This box is for AI, not gaming. I mean, it'll game whatever you throw at it... but yeah, it's overkill for pure gaming.

Even for AI workload, this is a "god tier", aka overkill. You'd be better off getting 2 RTX 5080 for this price.

How so? 32gb of vram and 192 sysram, I could easily make this cry with some of my ai workflows. Which is why I use runpod for the big stuff. 16gb vram is bare minimum for today's models.

Sure, that 192GB god-tier RAM will make your model run faster/smoother, but that doesn't negate the fact that you're still throttled at 32GB VRAM for any single GPU model. What it will buy you instead is concurrency, RAG, and CPU shards. Just don't expect you can now magically run a 70B without big latency hits.
