contains gelatin, and other ingredients that frankly are unnecessary. just get the b-12 from trader Joe's, inexpensive and doesn't have as much junk

Bought it 2 days ago and got it delivered today. The price is great, but the gummies feel super tough in mouth, unlike the standard ones I'm used to. Not sure if it's normal for B-12 or something weird with this one!

Gelatin? And other ingredients. If you want to get down to the brass tacks. Then look at all the peer reviewed scientific studies that show all you are doing is making very expensive urine. The only time any vitamin supplement has helped anyone is if you are malnourished. I think there is a chance that you might be low on gelatin though.
