The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and Washington D.C. (excluding residents of MA, MI, and U.S. territories), who are tobacco consumers 21 years of age or older at the time of participation and have a registered username ("username") and password provided by the Sponsor.
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on August 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. on December 4, 2025 ("Promotion Period").
To enter for a chance to win a Grand Prize, you must play at least one (1) Game during each Monthly Sweepstakes Period (as defined in Rule #3). Each entrant will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period's random drawing for each Play they complete in a Game during that applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) Play per day per entrant, except each entrant may earn up to two (2) extra Plays during the entire Promotion Period: one on the entrant's birthday and one for opting in to receive SMS/text messages (each, an "Extra Play").
Monthly Sweepstakes Period #1: One (1) Grand Prize – A Sports Trip for two (2) to a sporting event of Grand Prize Winner's choice within the 50 United States ("Destination"), on a to-be-determined date in 2025 or 2026 (the specific date, game and Destination depending on Sponsor's approval and ability to secure tickets) (collectively, the "Sports Trip").
