TBD, you can apply them, but not sure if it will hurt the spending threshold on $25 for the $10 Q to come off. If it doesn't (coupon still applied) you're good, if not, you can simply remove the extra bucks you applied and pay with CC, gift card, etc.
CVS can be a little dicey where ECB's are applied, we'll know for sure on Sunday AM.
How is getting back $11 in store credit where you shop at all the time when you spent $10, really much different than getting a $10 Visa Rebate on $10 spend? For me it's 6 of one, 1/2 dozen of the other.
Yes don't understand why they expire so quickly, esp when Walgreens cb goes a year, I think?

A couple things to consider:
1) This 10 off 25 can be used on tons of things, so although this is "free" there are many other options to consider that still give ECBs back
2) ECBs can potentially be worth more than face value, as others have mentioned, because you can keep rolling and rolling them. I shop at CVS weekly or more frequently and almost never spend actual real dollars (other than tax)
