Doesn't appear to be free, you have to choose the oled screen option separately which adds $120

I think OP was looking at the other 255U CPU option that shows OLED:

Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 255U (up to 5.2 GHz, 12 MB L3 cache, 12 cores, 14 threads) + Intel® Graphics + 16 GB(onbaord) (OLED) +$0.00

If you select that it forces you to pick the OLED screen upgrade for $120. So yeah, no free OLED upgrade.
