First time I tried it, when applying the promo code it said "for security reasons..." and wouldn't let me. I was using Firefox so tried Explorer instead and also decided to create an account and link with my google instead of an email mask and then the promo code worked. Not sure which of those two was the "fix", also if you paste the promo code sometimes the apply button wont highlight until you click into the text box.
