I threw mine away. I normally have good luck with this brand. My quality SSD was not even the fastest and hottest running but inside this it just was a portable heater. Got super hot even not under load and would thermal shut down. Could have been a defective one? I went with much more expensive ASUS enclosures and had no problem. YMMV

Its just a stupid design, the heatsink is covered by the cover, ridiculous. The legit ones have the entire lid as metal and or the entire case as metal and contacting heatsinking the drive.

Definitely think you are better off spending a few more bucks and getting the other orico model that has a metal heatsink that presses directly against your nvme drive.
