I stopped seeing the $ credit for slow delivery for a long time and thought they had stopped (only showed 6% benefit) option, but later realized that if I pay with a regular (non-Amazon) card, the $ credits are available again. I have been getting them again on all my orders now and have racked up $200+ in credits over the last few months.
Typically order must have at least 3 items, and 4 items+ earns $3 credit, sometimes multiple $3 credits per order ( have gotten up to 3x $3 or $9 in credits on single orders ).
I normally don't like getting movies that aren't MA compatible but I've got a stash of that free Amazon slow shipping credits in my account. Free movie for me! Thanks!
I still have some credits but it seems like Amazon has stopped offering me the slow delivery option lately, and all I'm seeing now is the Amazon Day option.

Cheaply upscaled using Artificial Intelligence rather than actually doing a formal 4K scan of the film, Cameron went the lazy route on this release. However, heard that it is not as atrocious as the upscaling done on True Lies and Aliens. Cameron seems to prefer this method because it removes the grain of the film. Hoping that the fake pixels won't bother me too much.

Wait, I just bought the Aliens 4K on bluray from Amazon. I haven't opened it yet so I can still return it. Is it just upscaled with AI and not a true 4K digital transfer?? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CSZC9...in_title_1

Yes, it is AI upscaled from the previous Blu-ray release and there are plenty of reviews online and on YouTube regarding the 4K release, most of which are unflattering, e.g. https://youtu.be/BxOqWYytypg. It is a lazy implementation which compromises the integrity of the original film, since AI is making up the details and pulls pixels out of it's behind. Cons include people looking like wax figures, making people look older by over-detailing wrinkles, AI misinterpreting the pixels and producing upscaled gaffes, weird looking faces, making up letters in a out of focus letters in the background, etc.

AlienS seems to be AI upscaled and processed. That's what Google's A.i. is saying. This is a decent review of it (although no mention of upscaling in this review): https://www.doblu.com/2024/03/18/...hd-review/
There are many different opinions on it. Some people are wowed with how the a.i. was able to remove the film grain to create clarity in the image, while others want to see film grain (I guess they don't want to get with the times). Different strokes for different folks.

You're confusing DNR with what was done with this and aliens. Video quality reviews are good even from 4k blu-ray afficionado sites (scroll to the video quality review sections):

"cautionary tale about the impending threat of artificial intelligence, would be mired in controversy regarding the use of AI for its "new" 2160p/HDR transfer..."
"thanks to the same AI enhancements and technology used for True Lies and The Abyss. "
"and just as many steps back (the problematic use of AI tinkering for the remaster)"

And all give good video review scores (did you not notice that or noticed it, but didnt care or what??) without mentioning wax figure looking people which is something like the Predator DNR fiasco from 10-15 years ago and nothing like the reviews from this film
