Fyi..I have found that alternating every other day..really helps with dandruff. 1 day wash. Next day skip. Repeat.

2-in-1 shampoo/conditioners don't do a great job at either cleaning or moisturizing your hair. Someone said it's like trying to wash your car and polish it at the same time. It won't be very effective at either. Unless you have to shower as quickly as possible take the extra few minutes and use separate shampoo and conditioners. Just an opinion.

The "Bare" version of H&S are much better shampoos. Fewer ingredients, they work better as a shampoo, and feel better.

Probably. I've always had good experiences with H&S's 2-in-1s personally. Hair comes out feeling fluffier and easier to manage.

I had a physics teacher have this be a pet peeve of his and go into the physics of it and why shampoo then condition is better. The gist is that the two work against each other and takes more of both when combined.

Yea it's like putting soap and oil together. It also causes product buildup over time. Your hair will feel greasy and heavy after washing, look dull, and can develop an itchy scalp with flaky patches that look like dandruff. It's basically a scam product.
