so without reading all 13 pages, did orders get cancelled because it was excluded from the coupon? I am a teacher, and it is available for local pickup. is it worth trying, of will it not work?

Would be nice if they let University Staff count the same way they let Pre-K-12 staff count. I haven't taught a class in 10 years, but I am a university employee. Maybe if I find my old ID from when I was an adjunct? . . . Probably not though.

Been through too many cancellations with too many companies to expect any different. Still, a major disappointment. Didn't even get an email, had to go in and check my order status. I know it's pointless to say I'll never shop there again, so I won't say that. I'll just leave it at I wish Staples all the worst things the world has to offer LOL.

I decided to try it with the original switch, and my teacher discount didn't work. Bummer. Customer service said the coupon has certain terms.
