I have been watching 9-Inch French Skillet / SD5 - Second Quality. It was 69.95 for awhile. Now it is increased to 89.95.

Yeah. They did that to a batch of items we wanted. But in our case, they raised one item $10 and dropped another one $20 for this sale. So that was a wash for us.

I was going to move forward on the fry pan until I read it may have dents.

We have ordered many items from them. Never had any dents. Couple of other points: if you get listings that say 'package damaged' then the item itself is flawless. Also, they have same lifetime warranty as new from All-Clad.

Bought a 1.5Qt pan for ramen! Perhaps 1qt would have been better, but lets try this one. Thanks OP

I have found their search doesn't return everything you want to see or buy. It is better to browse all the items to select what you want.

Selection is spotty but there are some excellent deals on certain items beyond the sauce pans mentioned above.

Check out the D3 Curated section where you'll find the 2.5 quart saucier with lid [homeandcooksales.com] $85 after coupon. I like All-Clad D3 sauciers even more than the sauce pans.

I also highly recommend the steamer insert [homeandcooksales.com] which is a steal at $25.46 after coupon and fits in any 8 in. diameter pan like the 3 quart saucepan. Very useful item..

As always, please check out the All Clad FAQ on the product forums where I've curated all the frequently asked questions about this sale, as well as about All-Clad products in general. Suggestions welcome.

Thank you. I have read through your FAQ in the past. I was gifted a set of heavy Cuisinart over 20 years ago and finally passed them along because stuff always burned in them, so since then I've been using thrifted vintage Revereware and been happy. But I was so intrigued by your saucier description that I've been on the lookout during these sales. However by the time I got to the site they were either sold out or without a lid. I finally bit the bullet this time even though D3 Curated seconds and not just package damage and not the lowest price, and am hoping for the best. I really appreciate all the time you've spent documenting and providing guidance to cookware buyers.

If it's any consolation, I would not buy an All-Clad Dutch oven. Save up for a Le Creuset or Staub. Or if you're on a budget and need one today that might not last as long, get a Lodge.

Thanks. And I wouldn't worry about ordering seconds. Let us know when it arrives if you actually find any defects.
