Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on August 11, 2025, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 24, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is offered and open to persons who: (a) are legal residents of any of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, and are at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their primary state of residence, at the time of entry into this Sweepstakes.
Prizes.
One (1) winner ("Winner") will receive a five (5) day/four (4) night trip for themself and one (1) guest ("Guest") to one of the following countries of their choice: France or Italy. The city, or cities, the Winner will travel within their choice of country will be at Sponsor's discretion (collectively "Destination City(ies)"). The trip includes: roundtrip economy air travel for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner's residence ("Airport of Origin") to the Destination City (all airports in Destination City will be at Sponsor's sole discretion; and flights may not be direct); and hotel accommodations in Destination City throughout the entire trip, including: one (1) double-occupancy room, room and tax only, as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the "Trip"). The Winner will also receive Six Thousand US Dollars ($6,000) awarded in the form of a check (together with the Trip, the "Prize"). The Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of the Prize. Trip is awarded subject to availability and other restrictions.
Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize: up to Twenty Thousand US Dollars ($20,000)
