12 hours, at $30 and you still find something to complain about? You must be fun at parties....

I placed an order for two of these the last time they were posted on here but quickly canceled when I realized it wasn't the next size up that I thought it was. Soundcore needs to make this thing a regular price of MAYBE $35-$40. Putting a $60 MSRP and selling it for 50% off is kind of ridiculous considering the competition available at $40 and under.

What's better at 40 and under?

Yes, 12 hours is too short at this price point - I would get the Anker Soundcore 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker with Stereo Sound, Bluetooth 5, Bassup, IPX7 Waterproof, 24-Hour Playtime, Wireless Stereo Pairing, Speaker instead (at Amazon.com for $29.44).

we use this as our dedicated shower speaker. it connects seamlessly 95% of the time and works as it should. it gives us about ~2 weeks of just shower usage before we need to charge it (1 male 1 female) so if its just one dude using this as their shower speaker, I can see it lasting well into a month (~10-15 minutes of use per day). the audio quality is more than great for a shower speaker. probably not loud enough to entertain a small sized outdoor party but if all you need is a small interior speaker to listen to podcasts and casual music while you cook and clean, this is a splendid deal. albeit the 12 hour battery life (outside of shower use) might be a little bit annoying? but that would be my only, only nitpicky feedback.

12 hours isn't nearly enough. By hour 16, I'm just barely starting to hear about baby's grandpa's cousin's girlfriend's former roommate shark.

I've had two of these for about 1.5 years now and they are an incredible value: https://a.co/d/dCi7a19 They were on sale frequently when I ordered mine but this is the first time I've seen them this cheap again in probably the last year. After I ordered my first, I sold my JBL Go 3 and ordered a second of these a month or two later. The build quality isn't as premium as the Go 3 was but it is more than adequate. The sound is great, stereo pairing works flawlessly, it gets louder than the JBL Go 3, and the battery lasts longer. I impulse bought the blue two-pack at this price 2 days ago. $25 is an absolute steal for these speakers. I attempted to research these speakers multiple times while waiting for them to blow up in popularity. It turns out that they are sold under several different brand names around the world so Boomcore by no means actually manufacturers these. Whatever company actually designed/manufacturers these knocked it out of the park though lol
