Great article. This matches my own experience where I tried wearing white shirts for running in the summer. I did not feel any difference. And I found that light-colored synthetic fabric starts looking grungy pretty quickly. I switched back to darks immediately.

This gets as big as a 7 5/8 hat size, for anyone curious with a big dome. I'm wear a 7 7/8 so it's a no-go for me.
