Spend $50 get $15 deal is available for various gift cards at CVS again, though this deal is not listed in the ad. Last week was buy $50 get $10. By looking at the signs, it includes Regal Cinemas, Fandango, Foot Locker, Under Armour, and more. The GC selection might me different by store. I am not sure whether CVS gift cards were included this week.

FYI Chase is offering on some cards 10% off on a CVS purchase up to $50. As always you may not have it and your amounts may be different!

I didn't see it in the ad. What is the expiry for this?
Also, do online purchases of GCs work and code as CVS or are they from a third party seller?

CVS online gift cards are sold via 3rd party. I highly doubt that they will qualify for the extrabucks (would say it on the product page), but definitely wont work for any sort of shopping portal rebate.

Yes it will, because Capital One has no idea what you purchased. Same goes for buying GC from supermarkets that Capital One offers special cash back with.
