This charger does support Programmable Power Supply (PPS) with currents up to 5A supported meaning it should support 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 when using a single port. Using one or both of the USB-A ports while using a single USB-C port would limit the USB-C port to 25W Super Fast Charging. More notable is that 25W Super Fast Charging is supported on the USB-C1 port even when the charger is fully loaded!

In addition, the USB-A ports are limited to no more than 12W through a single port while they share 15W between both ports meaning in a worst case you get basic 2.5W (500mA) charging from one of the ports if the other port negotiates to max itself out (I purposefully still use 2.5W charging as my overnight default for my phones). This is a bit better setup than those shared configurations which potentially allow for one of the ports to essentially go to zero(!).

Use One Port: 100W Max on USB-C1 or 12W Max on either USB-A

9V 3A
15V 3A
20V 5A
(PPS) 3.3-21V/5A, 100W Max

Use multiple Ports: 65W+20W+15W
USB-C1: 65W Max
5V 3A

This sounds like very generic non-technical feedback !
How about buying a cheap $10 USB-C meter which shows the W passing through so you know who is charging with what speed instead of saying "everything in this world is slow" ?
There are a lot of variables which decide the charging speed like current battery level, supported technology on the device (like PD/QC etc), charger's ability itself, cable capacity , device getting too hot and hence auto-slowing down etc.

I have been buying Insignia branded products from BB for over 10 years. It's their house brand and I never had a single issue with their devices, aside from the charging cables dying after a couple years of daily use. Grabbed two to put in guest rooms. Had a $10 voucher so $20 for 2 is pretty dam slick.

The phones are late model iphone and samsung galaxy. I have seen the same phones charge rapidly on some of the chargers. So researched both GaN and other chargers with high current. I tried to find out which chargers they were using but they were hidden in a closet with the wires hanging out. I have changed wires, chargers and like I said went with GaN and high current chargers. Has not worked. So the simple question was which ones are good generally and whether this one is. I did not ask you for a recitation on your grievances. I asked what is good about this. Thats it, case closed.
