this is a nice price. the tool alone (no battery) has been $99 pretty consistently, and i'm pretty sure the 80v batteries are expensive. idk if the battery itself is renewed?

i wonder if they'll start raising prices in advance of fall leaf blowing season, so now prob a good time to get in

Bought this renewed with a "free" battery a few months ago and batteries were branded as renewed as well. Like, literally branded. Seem to work just fine, though.

Does anyone know if the "Renewed" give you a new battery or not? I don't mind having a reconditioned tool as long as the battery is not renewed.

I already have a couple of 80V batteries so even if the renewed battery is like 85% capacity or something crazy it's still a pretty good deal

Bought this a while back.
Anything like dealer certified, certified used car, renewed, refurbished, they all mean the same thing:

You're getting someone else's used crap. And in yhe case of the one that I bought, the leaf blower I think is basically new, the battery was well used. It probably has 75% of its capacity

After clearing cache, I got the coupon to work, but I do not see a free battery anymore

I bought two at different times, and the second one showed much more noticeable wear and tear. The charger and battery were Gen 1. The newer charger has the battery sliding in, while the older version loads from the top down. Based on the picture, it looks like this comes with the older charger, so you'll likely get the older battery as well. That said, it's still a great price for the kit—especially if you already have an extra battery for bigger jobs.

Mine came with a renewed battery.. and also the shoulder strap kit. Was ~$128 a few months ago when I got it. It's a beast!

Hello, how does this perform? Does the battery last 30 min? 1 Hour? How long does it take to fully charge the battery? Thanks

Depending on the power dispensed by the trigger. Max non-turbo on healthy battery gets about 10 to 15 minutes.

I just bought a tool only hedge trimmer from lowes, hopefully this can fit that. I also have a string trimmer from costco all on the 80v system, the battery looks a little different but the way it inserts looks the same.

Great deal! Looking forward to have a second charger as well so I can charge both of my mower batteries simultaneously.
