Granted I have never heard of this brand but the price seems solid for the specs and features including C charging, fingerprint, and backlit keyboard. Wish there was more specs on the screen, though.

Depends on the level of detail....This is the 12th Gen Intel CPU which was superseded by the 13th gen, 14th gen, and then now the 1st and 2nd Gen of their new CPU design. Upon release it was a mid-tier CPU (i5 in the i3, i5, i7 general hierarchy.)

There is not a dedicated GPU, which is also expected in a $334 laptop. But $334 is all this should cost....

Better price barebones since I have 512 nvme and 16GB RAM laying around. After some googling, though, it looks like they have some piss poor customer service.

When it comes to laptops, I would stick to more known brands. We literally have no idea who these guys are. I would feel way more comfortable just grabbing an open box laptop with similar specs/price from BestBuy or Ebay and grab an extended warranty.
