Sure, and you'll find some who like to coat non-coated cookware with a variety of oils, etc..

huh?Stainless absolutely works on electric ranges. For those in their fertility years or with small kids induction stoves put put massive amounts of EMF to move those magnets. Its cool technology but your bombarding your body with emfs.

Cancer and or fertility for the Moms and brain issues for the children standing next to a running induction cooktop. Basic electric stoves do too but nowhere near as much. Our all clad work just fine on electric stoves. I'd have gas there but I just haven't gotten around to it yet.. and I realize gas too can offput certain fumes.

Pick your poison.. getting a good quality stainless and learning to cook on it will outweigh any pfas or "new alternatives".. you'll be exposing yourself to with the coated pans..

I don't care if they don't emit toxins "unless you get above 500 degrees".. and for that matter baby powder was safe too, as was asbestos and lead pipes.I say get a quality stainless and use it on you're electric stove, once you learn to preheat it'll be fine.

The human body isn't influenced by or respond to the overwhelming majority of electromagnetic waves with a few notable exceptions: visible spectra (you see it), infrared (you feel it as heat), ultraviolet and other more energetic light (cancer), and microwaves (what happens in your microwave but not in the metal box).
Not one person has ever gotten cancer from a cell phone which emits a bunch of EMF and they are used by being pressed against your head right next to your brain.
You should be much more concerned with the products of ... basically anything any chemist has ever created. Humans and other animals didn't evolve in the presence of man made chemicals and so we have no biological pathways to handle them. They basically are just straight poison in varying degrees.
So, so many people have gotten cancer from manmade chemicals we've only just begun manufacturing in the last 100 years.
See the difference in scale? 0 vs tens of millions.

Don't tell anyone, but the secret ingredient in my Bolognese is just a hint of 5G.
