Here's my nightmare experience...
1. 1st agent sees that it's in stock for in-store pickup and approves the pricematch
2. Has me place the order at full Best Buy price and tells me I will receive a refund
3. 2nd agent claims that the item has to be in stock BOTH for shipping and pickup?
4. Then they write that it had to be in stock for EITHER method but send me to a supervisor anyway
5. Supervisor says that they don't see it in stock so I'll have to pricematch at the store and only see the shipping option. Meanwhile I see all 3 options and it's in stock in mutliple browsers.
6. Wasted over an hour in chat
Really though the Ubisoft hate is so forced. Not that they're undeserving of criticism, but I appreciate that they take big swings here and there. They definitely miss a lot, but they're here to stay, so why not just enjoy the hits?
