Not a good deal at all. These types of bands are always this price or cheaper on Amazon. If you search SNBLK they have a 6 pack of similar bands for $9.98. There's a 27% off coupon on the page which brings it down to $7.29 or $1.22 per band.

The designs aren't exactly comparable: https://a.co/d/fOwODVGPersonal personal preference, but the DaQin designs look better to me.
