You might want to add YMMV to the subject. Otherwise seems like a good deal if your store has it on clearance, none near me do, still full price.

Did you check physically or online using brick seek or something? I wanted to check to see if it was even in stock near me as Lowes is a bit less convenient of a drive vs home depot. If I could check remotely it would be awesome but if not that is OK too - I figured no harm in asking in case you can share. Thanks!

I tried finding it on browser to share but it couldn't find it for whatever reason.

You should see local stock and price in the app if they only have 1-2 in stock it will usually say check store.

No dice at my local Lowes, I checked the area listed on their website and their clearance section. Bummer but it was worth a shot - I would've loved to have picked up one for this price.

CLT as in Charlotte? I did local pickup, changed location to Charlotte and added one to cart for every store in the area. All came up as $60. Deal is dead
