I'm a medium in most "standard" fit tops, but I'll get this in a large because they always wind up shrinking a bit in the wash.

use regular, unscented laundry detergent, or, ideally, "wool wash" sold at outdoor places like REI. if you really smell up the pits, soak it in diluted vinegar water overnight and then wash a couple times
I want to love wool, but I sweat through things and the time it takes to wash, care for, or the money it takes to dryclean, I just can't.
Smart wall garments do not need and should not be dry. cleaned. care is simple; cold water wash in the sink and lay flat to dry. I alternate drying flat on two different towels and generally dries within A day. Never hang to dry. I believe you can machine wash cold, and gentle. Never, ever put wool garments including socks in the dryer.
