Where does it note final sale?
A lot of their clothes on the actual site. Not on here

Also, I bought really nice stuff at final sale in the past at BR and other places. Things like linen shirts for $5 and jackets for $10. If you know your size in that brand, what's wrong with that? Also ties, hats, socks, etc.. are pretty safe to buy.
For others wondering, BR Factory is not at the same level as BR, however, sometimes you'd find really nice deals for super cheap. I would just avoid their polos/tees. They're low quality and shrink like crazy.

Regarding quality, my BR factory stuff looks pretty good. They do tend to fade and lose shape slightly through washes, so maybe not the best for like crisp dress clothing. But for the casual summer fare that lends itself to that sorta disheveled hipster look, it works.
