They're definitely reputable, including for this product. (My friend linked me to this thread since she buys these fillets often and I had her let me try one for my cat first to see if he'd even like these. He does, so in for one!)
*EDIT: Just note the expiration date. Not sure how much past that you can reasonably go, but otherwise you're looking at one a day to one cat! lol
