V2 uses the same hotend as the S1 not V1With that being said, V1 nozzles do not leak after they glue the heck out the nozzle from the hotend, thus you cant change the nozzle on the V1
They do not use the same s1 hotend. I have the v1 and v2. Its the exact same hotend. Only difference is nozzle style

You are right., I just checked the hotend on V2s and they are much longer with bimetal. I was told that they use the same hotend but it is just the nozzle that is interchangeable. Damn I was looking forward to using my S1 hotends on my new V2s.

Do you know if V1 hotends can be used on V2? I have so many spare V1 hotends and they look the same

There are printable mufflers for the back of the CC on the usual sites. While it doesn't make it as quiet as my P1S, It does help a nice amount.
I was thinking about printing one but unsure of the airflow. Are you using one? does it dampen at least 25% or more?

I didn't measure it with anything, but I'd say at least 25%. Below is the one I printed. I was from the 1st batch to get the CC, and there wasn't much available when I printed it, so there may be better ones out there.

I would say the print quality is about the same, but Elegoo metal frame and glass panel is nice. Also the nozzle and hotend is much better in Elegoo and whatever filament you throw in, I think Elegoo is more tolerant from clogging.
Elegoo also prints faster than Bambu P1S, X1C, A1, Anycubic S1, FF, etc.
Elegoo is also more expensive for 1 color print, but the biggest downside of Elegoo is the noise. It is like the jet engine going off versus any printer i've had. Probably the loudest by 10 folds than others.
Are you sure the CC prints faster than the FF? I don't think the speed difference between many of these are that significant. For example Aurora Tech did a sample print in 3h47m with the CC
https://youtu.be/9RU_VWFG14I?si=p...Wsam&t=646
The FF 5M Pro (same basic printer but includes an enclosure etc) was 3h26m
https://youtu.be/WgOd8BjTTdQ?si=A...m4zL&t=801
These aren't huge differences in my view but the FF is faster.

In her test the Kobra 3 was 4:17 https://youtu.be/oVCDzXjemkc?si=x...V8-J&t=675

For reference the same print on other printers:

Ender 3 V3SE 5:44 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJPKDAIGamc
Ender 3 V3 4:25 https://youtu.be/ZnPyP7SVp8k?si=Q...7XeS&t=756 -> note that in the video slicing with a different slicer resulted in a 5hr run
Creality K1C 3:28 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c...EAI&t=657s
Creality H1 4:29 https://youtu.be/o8Gy8e0f-vo?si=-...GztI&t=848

Neptune Max 4 4:55 https://youtu.be/iEVqugRVRWU?si=E...6FfX&t=558

Kobra 2 Max 3:48 https://youtu.be/oe5sbUlhMxY?si=5...UlH&t=1087
Kobra 2 Pro 3:10 https://youtu.be/4XT3xisH29w?si=U...pTbO&t=911
Kobra S1 Pro 4:15 https://youtu.be/DOnkRG7MBfY?si=W...DhZG&t=697

Bambu A1 5:37 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c...EAI&t=657s -> I'm really surprised it was this slow. I had assumed the A1 was closer to the FF etc in speed, not the V3SE. The V3SE is still a boost compared to the older Enders.
Bambu H2D 4:35 https://youtu.be/aHii2K4yrcM?si=O...ndeu&t=991

And they all loose to the FLSUN S1 Pro at 2:29 https://youtu.be/lC2WMuoT-Pw?si=_...bqO&t=1146 and T2 Max at 2:28 https://youtu.be/Duayg-CkNhI?si=3...TkBX&t=872

This is honestly my first time compiling such a list. I was surprised that some of the "older" bed slingers like the Kobra 2 were so fast while the Banbu's were generally not. I knew the Ender 3V3se was slower than most of the other "recent" models but I was surprised that the A1 was only marginally faster. Also worth noting that slicer settings and even the slicer itself can make a difference. Even though these are all "the same print" we don't know if the actual print paths are identical.

DId you install the hepa filter? Does it help dampen the noise further? How's the temp inside the chamber with the filter?
I see some cheap filter/foam inside the exhaust fan but not sure if I should install the hepa filter
Thanks!!!!

I didnt specifically measure the time but almost every print was faster on Elegoo CC compared to my FF AD5M, Anycubic S1, Kobra 3 and Bambulab P1S, A1
That's surprising with A1 speed as I noticed it to be about the same as S1, Kobra3 and FF

FLSun is suppose to be really fast but I hear the print quality is worse than the others.

I believe they are but havent tried yet. I hope so as i use the ones on the v1 where all you have to do is change nozzles instead of the whole hotend.

I did put in the hepa filters but did not compare the sound before and after putting them in. Airflow seemed the same and didn't notice any temp changes.

Could be there are other options, but these are the ones that I bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0...asin_title

This comes with the Ace Pro multi filament box? Because when I go to the link and click on combo it shows it in the picture. The Ace Pro is usually more than this price when purchased separately...

yes, which is 1 of the main reasons this is such a slick deal.
the other being they seem to actually ship out the V2 models instead of V1s.
