In my experience, I've had 5.5 hours of playback with ANC on and still 20% battery remaining, which contradicts the common criticism about battery life. Regarding the case and earbuds size: the case is smaller than the Pearl Pro and Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro, and roughly the same size as the Byers Free Byrd. The earbud tips are smaller than the Pearl Pro, definitely smaller than the Liberty 3, and similar to the Soundcore Liberty 4 (though the Liberty 4 includes an XL tip, larger than the AKG N5). The tips are also very close in size to Hifiman's Svanar Wireless. Some reviews claim that gestures cannot be customized, but that's not true—the N5 supports nearly all available features and allows extensive customization. Overall, it's a feature-packed earbud that challenges many of the criticisms seen in other reviews.

There aren't many reviews since it wasn't widely available in the U.S. market for most of the time after its launch last September. However, reviews from Europe and Asia generally praise its sound quality, often comparing it favorably with other earbuds at a similar MSRP. Given that it's now priced at $150, $100, and even as low as $80 (while still $100 direct from AKG), I think it's worth considering.

Damn. I bought these a month ago for $150 through AKG direct.
So far, I like them, although connectivity to my phone while connected to the dongle on my PC is iffy, at best.

Oh boy. Thanks for this!! I got an alert when it was $100 but still hesitated. I can't say no to $80. I have the matching AKG N9 Hybrid headphones and think they're fantastic. I'm sure I'll be happy with these too.

Thank You! I purchased the black one. I was looking for a good option for iPhone, since Apple stuff is suck with compatibility. I already have a Samsung Buds Pro 3 that loses all the goodness with the phone, and I was trying to buy something where the quality difference is worth the investment. I know that using an extra dongle is not the best, but it is better than trading the whole f* phone for finally having a good sound quality. Seriously, I miss my Galaxy Ultra lol.

Awesome price! $100 was already a good deal, so $80 is even better! The reviews seem favorable for these earbuds.

Excellent deal. Adding this to the already enormous collection of wireless buds. I usually put Comply Foam Tips on to aid in ANC. Hoping they'll fit these.

Harmon Kardon, JBL and AKG are essentially all the same company. All are owned by Samsung umbrella.

These are great earbuds. I bought them for $150. These are top notch earbuds, on par with the best from Sony, Sennheiser, B&W, etc.

Anybody know if the case supports wireless charging? AI seems to say no.
