I was about to bite excitedly but realized that the per load is about the same as the Costco price when the 156 packs go on sale every few months. And since I THINK that Tide Pods have some expiration date (maybe not though, but Tide suggests they do) I don't want to load up on 450 pods right now which would be several years worth for our family

For someone who doesn't have Costco or who uses a lot of pods per year then this is great

Also I need to investigate this rebate because that would push me over the edge of why not

Okay thanks. I just went ahead and did it because I do see that rebate website. I was trying to verify that the 15 off 50 will work for Amazon but I need to create a P&G account to see any terms and conditions but I trust you guys have already confirmed that Amazon is a valid source. With motor oil rebates sometimes Amazon is not a valid source. For the total price now less 15 bucks yeah it is definitely worth it even for me to buy 4 of these. I would guess they will still work after a couple years

My subscribe and save doesn't deliver until next month so assume it'll be too late to apply for the rebate? The form asks for the product code on the back of the delivered item.

I just made me own detergent with dawn and washing soda this is ridiculous pricing for soap. Clothes came out clean doesn't smell as strong. Add a cup of tide to the mix if you miss the smell. Comes out to $1-2 a gallon.

The pods start turning an off color after about a year in my experience. Not sure if they are any less effective but they do start to stick together a little more over time (our laundry room can get a little humid in the summer)
