People sleep on Ryobi. I know it's not powerful enough to put up steel beams on a high rise. But we use this at my work to build crates to ship thousands of lbs worth of steel. It's lasted 5 years of every day use before we had to replace it. It was beaten to death too. This little drill will go far for simple diy or homeowners. I'm a Dewalt guy at home, but I wouldn't knock Ryobi.
if you don't have a drill and don't plan on drilling into concrete or underwater, this will go far.

Ryobi and Milwaukee are made by the same people. I believe there's a 3rd company as well but I csnt remember it right now. My brushless Ryobi drill is stronger than the regular Milwaukee drill that my job uses
