The reviews are very vastly impressive compared to most products up here. And they're not fake reviews or for another product - over 91% 5 star ratings and only one 1 star rating (with no context).
For someone looking to replace an older clogged shower head - this would be a great replacement - additionally, the rubber shower nozzles actually work to allow one to more easily clean out any debris and/or hard water buildup that clogs other shower-heads.
Follow-up: Just looked at Camel (3x) and it shows it was a dollar cheaper last month...but at this price point, I would not squabble over a $1.
