These are SUPER helpful in all sorts of situations, including moving furniture.

One tip, you realistically need two unless your moving smaller glass panes or tile.

do you have experience using these on painted doors (or any painted surface, I guess)? I'm hoping this to use this to better lift my exterior fiber glass doors, but concerned the suction might rip a paint layer off

Regardless of its usefulness, I think we can all agree that the name Grabo is hilarious.

I can't see it pulling paint off, unless the substrate was not prepared properly, and the paint is already lifting. I have a steel cabinet that the paint literally peels off in large sections ( 1' x 2-3'... yes foot, lol), and it didn't pull that off.

As a side note, I've never seen paint peel like this before, and it'sa factory paint job. It's kinda cool, but I don't know why it's doing that, so now I have to figure out how best to prep it so it doesn't happen again.

That's assuring, thanks!

Went to my Lowe's and had 1 in stock. They would not give me the $149 price, and told me I would have to buy it online. Bought it online at the $149 price while they waited Gave them the reference number and they scanned it for me with a sticker. Thx!

With that 265 lbs max lift rating, a pair of these would be enough to pick up the mother in law.

You mean just her pinky?

Wonder if this would work carrying a tv.

I'd be concerned about damaging the screen. Not so much the mother in law's pinky hoof.

They tried to pull that crap on me a few months ago when I bought one in a similar situation. I took it to customer service and they adjusted it manually.
They even had it on a special table, as a special display, saying that it was on sale.
