I ordered one and it is absurdly small. Not bad construction for the price, but these run very small. The XXL I ordered was for a 38 to 40-inch waist on this item! To their credit, they readily offered to do a return after I posted my Amazon review, but it's more trouble than it's worth for a $20 item.

Why buy this in leather? It's going to get sweaty and stinky, and you can't throw it in the washer compared to fabric models

Nothing has quite the combination of give and strength that leather has. It supports in a very biological way while you still use your actual muscles and tendons to do the work. A well-cured leather belt can be gently cleaned by hand. I wore a leather weightlifting wrist-strap/ bracelet for months when I had a chronic hyperextension injury. It never got stinky. I move and ship crates for work.
