This is the best price I could find for a refurbished AC with Heat and Dual Hose with Wifi. Everything else was missing one of those features. Only thing this is missing is an inverter.

The heat pump lets this unit produce cool or heated air.

The inverter lets the unit scale up and down how much power it uses instead of turning the compressor fully off and on. Generally considered more energy efficient I believe.

So like OP said, this unit has the heat pump, the dual hose (to prevent creating negative air pressure in the room), but it does not have an inverter, so 2 for 3 on what I would also be looking for in a unit.
