where can i get a decent rain jacket without spending $300+ on gortex at REI? Reading reviews even $200-300+ jackets are problematic. I bought TNF gortex at costco about 10 yrs ago for $100. It was good but recently fell apart. Very light seasonal use in rain, not year round.
