This looks pretty much like a toy to me; 440W panels are now common, one 440W panel; would probably outdo this whole setup, and from what I've read, micro-wind setups aren't good for much more than novelty.

how would a single 440w panel outdo a combination of 600w panels PLUS the wind generator?

I've had multiple orders and plenty of contact and even extra items sent when a battery was on back order for a little bit. Nothing but cordial. I believe they are responding on China time though so there is a delay if sending messages in the daytime from US. At least 4 orders. Never a problem but that one delay maybe a week or two. They have been great to me. Batteries and charger not panels or this stuff but of course now I want 😂

Multiple panels are better than a single, period. Wake-up voltage and start-up voltage will be harder to maintain with one panel. The slightest cloud will have you dipping to zero power, while multiple panels in series will maintain an acceptable voltage.

Exactly, the wind speed you need for that small of a turbine is very high and the noise it would make is very loud for such a trivial amount of power - even if it made 400W 24 hours a day - that's 9.6kW hrs which is $1.44 worth of electricity at $0.15 kWhr

So according to your explanation, there was no scam involved. Just you being impatient and using this platform to shit on them for being late.
I think you mixed up the quote reply. I have had good interactions.

There's a YouTube channel called Ship Happens, they are restoring an old British WW2 abandoned boat, and it's off grid too, so they designed a 24v solar battery system but because winter time doesn't produce enough electricity they use one of these turbines, and it helped a little bit while it lasted, but it broke after a few months, they never replaced it, and the noise it made was kind of annoying you could hear in their videos. They ended up resorting to a gas generator for the extra power, and believe it or not that was quieter

It would be a better deal if it didn't have the turbine and it was a couple hundred dollars less. I think?

I think there is videos of people doing this on their cars while they're driving around, that tiny house RV living thing that got really popular... but I think it's super impractical lol
