1. Make sure discount den membership shows on your itinerary before checking out.
2. "Passenger information is inadequate for selected flights" means you had discount den and its expired. Solution is signing up using a new email.
3. In some cases, the system allows you to purchase a ticket at discount den pricing but not automatically enrolls you the free discount den membership. Try cancel and rebook.
