To be clear, the fan is simply the cheapest item that works, any other component that applies combo savings when paired with the ssd and ram will work. The easiest way to combo with other items is to click the "build with it" button on the combo page, then in the pc builder simply add another item from a different category that has the green "combo offer" badge.
If you just want the combo for $227.89 with the fan, you can simply add this build list to cart: https://newegg.io/2095ce9
Moving on to the combo itself, at $260 it's just an ok deal, but at $227 (using the trick I mention above) it's a very good deal.
The ssd is pcie gen5 x4 and is in the upper echelons of consumer ssds available. While real world benefits versus a high end gen4 drive will be marginal for most common use cases, with this combo it's functionally around the same price as a high end gen4 drive.
The 32gb ddr5 6000 cl28 1.4v ram should be using the second highest tier binning of hynix a-die, and should take to overclocking/tuning extremely well. In stock configuration it's best suited to be paired with a high end zen4 or zen5 cpu. If you're willing to overclock (and know what you're doing), ddr5 7600+ should be easily possible.

Fix the title. It should be 32GB ram.
I would rather have 32 terabytes of RAM
We may see 48 Gb dies used for 96 GB modules before the DDR5 generation is over. I think 64 Gb dies (128 GB modules) would be reserved for DDR6.
3D DRAM should be coming by around 2035. I hope that it would quickly enable 512 Gb dies, which would result in a 1 terabyte consumer module, if we are still using similar DIMMs by that time.
I think Samsung is planning to start with 16-layer 3D DRAM. We would need 128-layer for an 8 TB module to get us to 32 TB. At an aggressive +30% a year, it would take another 8 years to get there, so maybe consumers get their hands on 32 TB in the year 2043. Only 18 years from now.
