Where can I get 14oz skim milk with 42g protein?

Iirc, Costco only has the Fairlife Core Power 26g, not the Elite 42g.

Oh well, I prefer the Fairlife Nutrition Plan (white bottles) anyway. A lot cheaper, too.

This alone will not give you diabetes. Heck, most drinks have 20+ grams of sugar per serving. One regular can of Coke has 39 grams.

I have type 2 diabetes and Core Power Elite doesn't make me spike.

I'm not into red meat but have a little chicken with my dark green salads. Wonder what I'm missing here. I think I eat well but this looks like some marketing BS. Hippy whole foods should be sufficient.

This is easy and convenient to take in.

I don't even cook, solo for a long time.. whole grains, yogurt, fresh greens and chicken bbq strips.. some chunky soup but I toss in vegies to dilute the awful salt content. Have to dilute juices too, saves money. I meant "hippie" food, kept me healthy into my seventies

Is there a product like this that does have ingredients like sucralose and emulsifiers like gums/carrageenan? I have gut issues that keep me from being able to eat those things, but I would like to try something like this eventually.

Yeah.. whenever I want to buy this, I always compare the price of whey powder that I have and it changes my mind instantly everytime.

you can try OWYN or Oikos from costco. Both have around 30g of protein and don't have sucralose or carrageenan. But they don't taste as good as fairlife. Slate is another brand which is available on amazon without those and taste little better but only have 20g of protein.

What's the lactose content?
They put lactase enzyme in this, it has never bothered my lactose intolerance.

How do you figure? Because it's milk? The purpose is still identical, which is hitting macros. 2 scoops of any protein powder meets/exceeds the protein content in this for about the same calories and less cost per gram. These cost more because it's pre-mixed and bottled for convenience.
