It depends on what you're looking for. The Lenovo has a weaker processor but more RAM. This device has a better processor but less RAM. The display is much better on the Lenovo than on this one. Overall, I would also go with the Lenovo.

Great deal, wouldn't even consider it until that strictly better Lenovo you just posted for $50 more sells out.

The LOQ also has 170w PSU vs 120w for this MSI laptop, meaning the TGP for the 4060 in the MSI laptop is lower than the Lenovo. LOQ's build quality is vastly superior than the MSI one also. For $50 more, go with the LOQ. You can buy another 12GB SO-DIMM for ~$40 to expand the LOQ's RAM.

4050 TGP comparison video:

https://www.msi.com/Laptop/Thin-G...cification (also uses a 120W power brick)

The 45W TGP 4050 in the video above is comparable to the 4050 in this Ryzen notebook. Massive performance difference between the 45w and 105w TGP 4050's -- keep that in mind when shopping around.

We need Wierts to buy both and drag race them for us.

No Frown. It is still awful. Like the MSI premium gaming line is flimsier than the HP Victus bargain gaming line, much less the LOQ Lenovo.

Ah yeah I missed the processor difference. Thought they were the same.
