Is $300 worth a flip screen, slightly better processor, and slightly better on average graphics? I don't need the flip and will probably go with this. But I think both are a good value.

Yes, Thanks, that is the comparison. Looks like both are flip and both have the same display. Or, am I missing something?

HP website doesn't show this one flipping, but I think your right and it does.
