I'm unclear is corn syrup is as bad as high fructose corn syrup, but I avoid both and go for sugar. I know for a fact high fructose corn syrup is processed through completely different metabolic pathways than sugar. It's strange science. That is why a decade back they had a big long ad campaign brainwashing you that. ' Sugar is sugar' (because it completely isn't but they need you to not think that). It is linked to many serious health conditions.
I bought Hunts Natural and neither my wife nor I like it so it's to be used for cooking (natural BBQ sauce, etc.)

canned organic tomato paste + your favorite vinegar + spices like onion powder garlic powder optional honey or sweetener but the paste has plenty of natural sugar.
