Two things to consider:

1. This is a VA panel not IPS. It may not make a high difference to the casual user though. The 27 and 32" monitors in the S70 series are IPS so more expensive.
2. For 50 bucks more ($300) consider buying the 37" S80. That will provide USB-C with thunderbolt 3 capability to power your laptop at the same time, especially for macs.

It would be good for office work only with a 60hz refresh rate. I have one of their 4k 28" monitors and enjoy using it.

10bit 37" for $250 is excellent. I prefer 10bit. Over fast hz. Hard to get both in this price range.

My desk doesn't have the room, if it did I'd sandwich this in between my two 32". I need a bigger desk.

I bought the S80 through the Samsung Veterans deal last week. VERY impressed and highly recommended. Even for gaming I have noticed no issues whatsoever. For demanding high-res editing it has been a blessing, and the colors are standout.
I tried a "widescreen" format but could not get used to the proportions, and rotating a widescreen to Portrait mode is all but impossible. This one rotates wonderfully (the S80 stand itself allows portrait rotation) and the monitor has improved my day-to-day desk experience significantly.
I had no luck with the USB-C connection on the S80 so using conventional connections.

Here you go. It's showing the EPP price as $300.

What do you mean exceeded the Samsung epp? There is a limit? I have EPP and didn't know. What is the limit?
