Pads are something that women use daily. The pads go against your skin. Women will have a strong preference on brand, winged or not, scented or not, if they want it to be organic cotton and so on. As a woman, I would probably not be excited that someone bought me random pads because they were on sale. if you are a man and you see this deal and think a woman in your life might be interested, a useful reaction is to share the deal with them. A less mature one is to come here and make jokes about it. Pads are not a bday present, it's like gifting someone hand soap. Pads have wings so they better attach to underwear and not shift around. Usually, for pads for heavy flow, like these ones, wings would be useful, but again, it's a personal preference, depends exactly when/how they are used. Don't ask the internet what's the best option, ask the person who will use them.
